Quality and safety programme

You can't make mistakes in the air transport sector so, in compliance with European standards, we ensure the safety and security of our flights by regularly checking the procedures used both by our own staff and those of our service providers. We also ensure the strict application on all our stop-overs of the Civil Aviation Authority's national safety programme. If we detect the slightest deviation from the standard we take appropriate preventive and/or corrective action.

Did you know? Safety or security? The aim of security is to prevent attacks on civil aviation, passengers or airport facilities. The aim of safety is to provide aids designed to evaluate and eliminate the causes and effects of air accidents (aircraft checks, etc.).

Disabled passengers are welcome

In May 2000, Air Méditerranée signed a Code of Good Practice committing to the introduction of the facilities necessary for making our aircraft accessible to people with reduced mobility. If your state of health means you need special help, please let us know beforehand and we will make every effort to ensure that you are made as comfortable as possible on board our aircraft.
