From the moment you step onto one of our aircraft to the moment you leave it, whether giving a safety demonstration or providing the services your tour operator has chosen, our flight attendants are there to help you. Our cabin crew are already famous for the warm welcome they give passengers. They care about your comfort throughout the flight. More than that, they are responsible for your safety. Every flight attendant holds a Safety and Lifesaving Certificate (Certificat de sécurité et de Sauvetage - CSS) and an Airbus A320-A321 qualification. Our cabin crew are trained to tackle in-flight fires, cope with depressurisation of the cabin, etc. They are also trained in first aid.

Every year cabin crew attend training courses to keep their skills up to scratch: •  Theoretical section: revision of procedures, regulations, etc. •  Practical section: training in emergency evacuation, firefighting, practical safety, etc. •  Evaluation by an instructor/examiner during a commercial flight
