Our ground staff are acknowledged specialists in their own field. They are the ones who coordinate work on the aircraft and in the airports. Programming flights, drawing up schedules, preparing for flights, monitoring the reliability of equipment and timekeeping, some of them are responsible for seeing that everything goes well on each flight. Updating documentation, planning aircraft maintenance and safety, others are responsible for seeing that the company's fleet of aircraft is in good health. Last but not least, others handle the administrative tasks that are indispensable for the proper running of the company.
